Telstra Outage - How To Contact Us

Dear Treasured Clients,

We are currently facing a communication outage resulting in major service disruptions with our phone and internet lines.

The outage is caused by a fire at the Parkea Exchange which occurred Monday night and has caused extensive damage to our broadband and phone services. The technicians are now working on the site to bring the service to its full restoration.

We do apologise for the inconvenience this has and will cause. At this point in time our phone lines are offline until further notice.
